EGCiales 2025: team spirit, creativity and excellence at the meeting
From 2 to 4 April 2025, the students of the EGC network met in Paris to live EGCiales, the great national competition which tests their sense of analysis, creativity and ability to work as a team around a business problem.
A real big challenge
For two days, the teams composed of students from all over France have pitched on a demanding strategic brief, in an immersive format that reproduces the conditions of a consultancy mission. Reflection, cohesion, innovation and pitch art were at the heart of this intense competition, supervised by professionals.
Talents That Affirm
Beyond academic performance, the EGCiales are above all a formidable laboratory of ideas and a federative moment for the entire EGC network. It is also an opportunity for students to challenge themselves, learn to know each other and proudly defend the colours of their school.
The 2025 podium
After a final marked by high-level presentations, the jury rewarded three promising talents:
🥇 1st place : Rémi Buffo – ECG BS Tarbes
🥈 Second place : Lucie Cabrol – EGC Rodez
🥉 3rd place : Mathis Grabowski – ECG CENTREST, Chalon-sur-Saône campus

Focus on the EGC Lille: a very nice 5th place
Olympe Maudet-Jouin, student at the Lille EGC, brilliantly raised to the 5th place of 18 candidates. With an impressive average of 17.2/20, she managed to defend the colours of her campus with talent.
In a touching testimony, she shares:
« Am I gonna make it? This is the first question that came to mind when it was announced that I would represent the EGC Business School in Lille at EGCiales 2025. [...] At first, the idea of negotiating with experts seemed intimidating to me, but this experience quickly turned into a unique chance to surpass me and push my limits. »
« Beyond the professional opportunity, I had the chance to meet great people and forge new friendships. I discovered the REAL EGC network in its entirety and I am now more proud than ever to be part of it! »
