This personal data processing policy applies to the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France, which consists of the following local CCIs: CCI Littoral Hauts de France, CCI Grand Lille, CCI Grand Hainaut, CCI Artois, CCI Amiens-Picardie, CCI Aisne and CCI Oise. It also applies to the offer of all ICC training centres in the Hauts-de-France Region « Laho Training » and ICC actions and services such as CCI International, CCI Enterprise and ARDAN. The term « The CCI de Région Hauts-de-France » used in this Privacy Policy refers to all such entities and services.

This Policy describes the processing of Personal Data carried out by the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France, the way in which it uses and shares your personal data, your rights and how you can contact the CCI for any questions concerning its practices in the processing of your personal data.
The processing of personal data of ICC employees is subject to separate internal information and is therefore not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Information on the processing of your personal data
The CCI de Région Hauts-de-France undertakes to implement the necessary measures to ensure that the collection and processing of your personal data is in accordance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, in particular the law « Information technology and freedoms » No 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, says « GDPR », which entered into force on 25 May 2018.
Why does the Hauts-de-France Region CCI process your personal data?
The CCI de Région Hauts-de-France only processes personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. It limits its collection of personal data to the strict necessary for carrying out its activities.
The CCI de Région Hauts-de-France carries out these treatments in the framework of its public service missions and more broadly for activities falling within the scope of the powers conferred upon it by law and as defined in article L 710-1 et seq. of the Commercial Code, in its capacity as a player in the economic development of enterprises and territories.
What are the legal bases for collecting your personal data?
Depending on the purpose pursued by the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France, the processing of your personal data is based on one of the following legal bases:

The CCI of Hauts-de-France also processes your data to meet its public interest mission in accordance with article L 710-1 of the Commercial Code
To this end, the aims pursued by the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France are:
- To carry out support, support, networking and advisory missions to business and enterprise creators and owners, in compliance with existing competition law laws and regulations;
- Carry out support and advisory missions for the international development of enterprises and the export of their production;
- To carry out tasks in favour of initial or continuing vocational training through, inter alia, the public and private educational institutions created, managed or financed by the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France;
- Carry out missions for the creation and management of equipment, in particular ports and airports;
- To carry out tasks of a competitive nature entrusted to it by a public person or which are directly useful for the performance of its other tasks;
- To carry out any mission of expertise, consultation or study requested by the public authorities on an issue relating to industry, trade, services, economic development, vocational training or spatial planning, without prejudice to any work which the CCI of Hauts-de-France Region might take the initiative.
The CCI de Région Hauts-de-France also performs data processing based on its legitimate interest.
To this end, the aims pursued by the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France are:
- Organize commercial prospecting operations for professionals (e.g. advertising messages, contest games, sponsorships, promotions...)
- Organize various information and awareness events
- Improve proposed offers and customer relationship including through surveys, studies, surveys or statistics
- Transfer your data to institutional partners
The CCI de Région Hauts-de-France also processes your data to meet its legal or regulatory obligations.
To this end, the aims pursued by the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France are:

What data are processed and by what means are they collected?
The types of data collected are related to the defined purposes. In accordance with the principle of minimisation of data, only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the service are collected, it may act, depending on the processing:
- Identification data: civility, surname, first name
- Contact data: telephone contact details, e-mail address
- Data relating to working life: the enterprise, the history of the professional functions carried out there and more generally, the professional career of the person concerned, the sector of activity, the address (Postal Code, Common).
- IAB events attended, benefits purchased from IAB
- Navigation and connection data on ICC websites
- Location data
- Economic and financial data: Financial situation, RIB, remuneration
- Personal life data: date of birth, event-specific data (e.g. food preferences), interests, family status
- For the training activity: may be collected personal social data (e.g. NIR) or health data, depending on the purpose of the file. They are used only in strict contract management.
This data can be collected when you register for services and activities offered by the ICC, through paper forms, web forms and account creation, or when you browse its websites;
With regard to its training activity, the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France can also collect your data from a third party, such as an employer.
Who are the recipients of the processing of your personal data?
Your personal data is intended for internal use by the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France (commercial services / marketing / customer relationship / operational services...), and its subcontractors. They can also be communicated to its institutional partners, providers and financiers to meet its legal and regulatory obligations. Subject to your consent, the CCI may also transmit your personal data to its trading partners.

Objective : participation of the ICC, alone or in groups with other public/private actors, in order to obtain financing for actions
Partners : all legal persons under public or private law, members of the group and financiers
4/ Other so-called commercial partnerships:
- Sponsoring/sponsoring
Goal: obtain financial or material support from a third-party undertaking for an action or event of which the ICC is the organizer
Partners : all entities governed by public or private law (enterprises, banks, insurance)
- Business
Goal: The CCI shall link a prospect with a seller or company in return for a financial commission or fee.
Partners : all private legal persons (enterprises, banks, insurance)
Are your data transferred outside the European Union?
Some of the above recipients are likely to be established outside the European Union. You are informed that your data can be processed by one of these recipients outside the European Union. In this case, the CCI undertakes to take all the strictest guarantees in order to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable rules for the protection of personal data. For example, for recipients located in the United States, the CIC of Region Hauts-de-France ensures that they are included in the list of bodies complying with European standards established by the EU and the United States in a concerted manner in the Data Privacy Framework.
If the subcontractors and partners concerned are not members of the trans-Atlantic agreement currently in force and governing the transfer of your personal data to the United States, or are not located in a country with legislation deemed to provide adequate protection, the CCI of Region Hauts-de-France will ensure that they have signed the agreement in advance. «standard contractual clauses» of the European Commission or will be subject to internal binding rules approved by the authorities.
How long are your personal data stored?
Your data is kept for the duration necessary to accomplish the above mentioned purposes.
As part of its legal or contractual obligations to preserve personal data, the ICC may have to retain personal data to respond to:
- Accounting and tax retention obligations;
- Obligations related to the justification of projects subsidized by financiers (e.g. state, region or Europe)

How are your data secured?
The CCI de Région Hauts-de-France makes every effort to ensure the security and confidentiality of the processing of your data, including when certain operations are carried out by subcontractors. To this end, the appropriate technical and organisational measures to avoid loss, misuse, alteration and deletion of personal data concerning you are implemented both by the CCI de Région Hauts-de-France and by its subcontractors.
