Contract, pace, financing... we answer everything you ask yourself on alternation at the Lille EGC below:
The rhythm depends on the program chosen (Bac+3 or Bac+5) and it is communicated precisely when you register. In all cases, the organization is designed to ensure that periods in the company and periods in training are articulated without break, with a timetable transmitted to your future employer from the moment the contract is signed.
Your contract can start up to 3 months before or after your training. It ends on the last day of your training. This flexibility gives you time to complete your business search without missing the check.
The apprenticeship contract is intended for young people aged 16 to 29 and allows them to train while working in companies. The professionalisation contract is open to 16-25 year olds and also to jobseekers over 26 years of age, with a view to integration or re-integration into the labour market, usually lasting between 6 and 12 months. The right choice depends on your profile: our team helps you determine which one is right for you.
A tracking file is opened as soon as you arrive and tracks your progress over the duration of the alternation. Two meetings a year bring together the student, the business tutor and the training tutor to take stock and adjust if necessary. This is the heart of our personalized follow-up.
